June was a busy month full of Dr. appointments, celebrating Gavin's birthday, Father's Day, and summer fun! A highlight of the month was visits from Nana, Grandpa Ducky, Aunt Allison, and Trousdale cousins. Plans lined up for my parents to meet Allison and her kids here in Utah before they all headed down to Mexico together, so we got to benefit with a visit from them all!
Gavin and Jared have started a tradition of going to Lehi Fun Center once a week after work for a boys night of laser tag. Since my parents were here, we decided to all head up one evening and while Nana hung out with Liam the rest of us played a couple games of laser tag together.

Hanging out with friends and cousins
While Allison spent Friday with a friend, my parents and I took all the kids to go swimming at the Rec Center. Alex and his kids, as well as Matty from down the street joined us for a picnic at the park before we all headed over to the pool. It was quite the feat keeping track of nine kids all under age 10, even with all four adults. But it was fun and the kids all had a blast playing and hanging out together!

With parents in town I was able to get some time away from kids too! Grandpa Ducky got to hang out with all the kids while my mom, Allison, and I did some shopping and errands together! I also went clothes shopping with my mom one day and got some desperately needed new shorts, capris, shirts, and a new skirt. For someone who doesn't enjoy clothes shopping to begin with, trying to do it with kids is even more unbearable. But kid free and with my Mom it was actually fun and nice to revamp my wardrobe a little.
These cousins sure had fun together!
Thanks for the fun visit!
