This summer was our first year going to the Orem Summer Fest. I needed to get out and do something fun with the kids, so we headed up after lunch and spent the afternoon checking it out. Gavin sat in the helicopter, made friends with the k9 police dog, and even checked out the ambulance while searching out a band-aid for his cut from the park. Liam was content riding in the stroller or just crawling around on the grass.
Jared met us after work and we enjoyed kalua pork from a food truck for dinner and mini donuts for dessert. We also caved and bought some tickets for a few carnival rides before heading home!
