New Home

Normally I hate when I go this long between posts, but this time I have a legitimate excuse!  We bought a home!  We are now back in Heber City, and feeling settled in our new home.  It's taken a while getting here, and we still have a ways to go.  Despite having a finished basement with a kitchen, there were way more hoops to jump through before we could rent it. We still have a ways to go, but hope to have renters within the next few weeks!  Here are a few pictures of our new home...and sometime later I'll catch up on everything else that's gone on in the past five months.

Here are just a few pics of our home. Having an actual entryway
is so nice, and we're loving the big kitchen! I'm also pretty
excited to use the fireplace once winter comes.

We closed the end of February, and officially moved in the end of March.  Since closing, and with LOTS of help from family, we've repainted rooms, closets, and ceilings, fixed leaks, built walls and shelves, decorated, hired out drywall work in the basement, excavated for a separate basement entrance, and a whole lot more.  It's a nice house, but definitely came with it's fair share of problems. I'll spare the details, but here's some pictures of just a few of our many projects.
