Fall Time

Besides our trip to Vegas, Halloween, Jared's Birthday, and Thanksgiving, here's a summary of what else we've been up to this fall.

1.  Gavin loves being our big helper

Loves chopping onions - with goggles so the onions don't burn his eyes!

2.  Playing with friends

3.  And of course playing in the fall leaves!

We also enjoyed a visit from Uncle Steve, Aunt Kay, and their two dogs.  Jared and Steve spent most of their time flying their planes up at Point of the Mountain and it was fun to go watch them.  We also enjoyed going out to eat together a few times, and Gavin loved playing with their two big dogs, Jack and Sammie.

Also this fall, I was brave enough to host Canadian Thanksgiving at our place.  It turned out really great, and we invited all our neighbors and Janea over for dinner.  Cooking a turkey is lots of work, but I have to say, for someone who doesn't especially like cooking or planning things with lots of people, I surprised myself.  This may have to be a new tradition in the Edgel home!
