Our Story

Once upon a time, back in 2006, Jen and Jared met at a Valentine's Day party. They kissed...(and Jen forgot his name...) But in the end it all worked out!

We were married just over two years later on May 9th, 2008 in the Las Vegas, Nevada temple and since then we've stayed busy! We both graduated from BYU in December of 2008, Jared in Civil Engineering, and Jen in Clinical Laboratory Science. We bought a condo in 2009, and Gavin was born June 2nd, 2010. In 2010 Jared also graduated with his Master's in Structural Engineering and started his first business start-up, TranquilMed. On August 28th, 2014 our second son, Liam was born, and we became even busier as a family of four! In 2015 we moved to Heber, bought our home in 2017, and are now renting out our basement. In 2017 Jared also received his Professional Engineering stamp.

Jen is currently working (very part time) as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Utah Valley and Heber Valley Hospitals, and Jared is a structural engineer at Summit Engineering in Heber. Enjoy following our adventures!
