Winter Zoo Days

During the winter, the last Wednesday of each month is a free zoo day! With the mild winter we've had, we've taken advantage and went to the zoo in both January and February. Eve came with us in January and the kids all did great. I took the boys in February, and it was packed...and Liam was a little fuss bucket the whole time. We'll see if we end up going in March.

I would definitely choose the lion as my favorite animal at the zoo. But I guess compared to the river otter that twirls in circles under the water and that you can chase back and forth from the other side of the glass, to a four year old the river otter some how wins out over the majestic lion that just lays there!
