Climbing up the hay castle
Picking our pumpkins
I love this picture of Gavin with his pumpkin
This pig was HUGE
Playing in the corn pile
I'm not sure where we came up with this tradition, but each year for Halloween we make and decorate shortbread cookies. This year we made some for us, as well as taking plates around to friends and Gavin's nursery leaders.
Although a little pricey for us, it was still worth it to go to Cornbelly's for a day! We showed up in the morning when not everything was open, but there was still lots to do and no crowds. After lunch we came back, and since we already had our wristbands, we got to skip the long lines and walk straight on in. We spend the afternoon jumping in bouncy houses, doing the kids corn maze, hey rides, climbing on tractors, and more!
We carved and painted pumpkins
Went pre-trick-or-treating at the Riverwoods
Went to a Halloween carnival with a friend
Jared and Gavin when trunck-or-treating at our ward's Halloween part
And I got home from work in time to go trick-or-treating on our block
